My wife and I had been planning to go to Lake Baikal for a long time, but the complexity of the route stopped us. We are from Vitebsk, and it was crucial to find a reliable operator. We contacted Arkaim-tour for the first time, trusting the reviews, and we felt the level of service even before departure. All documentation was executed remotely: the contract was sent by registered mail directly to Vitebsk, paid by bank transfer — everything is transparent and official. But what struck me most was the preparation. We were given a detailed memo on collecting things (thanks to it, we didn't forget anything, and on Lake Baikal it's a matter of survival!) and a cool travel guide. They were in touch with us literally 24/7: any questions were answered both early in the morning and late in the evening. A special man's thanks to the head of the company, Evgeny — he personally supervised our departure, which added confidence: we are in safe hands. The tour itself has exceeded expectations since February 20th. The program is almost 100% complete. Snowmobiling across the lake is a drive that will be remembered for a lifetime. What was especially impressive: Sauna on the shore of Lake Baikal and swimming in the ice hole. The temperature that day was about -25))) - Snowmobiling from Baikalsk to Listvyanka across the lake is something I have never experienced before. - Olkhon and Cape Khoboy. It is there that you realize the scale of Lake Baikal. We saw the famous splashes, and the very Shamanka rock. - Ogoy Island. The Stupa of Enlightenment is a very energetic place, the right point in the route. - Organization. The promised program has been completed 100%. We were fed delicious omul fish soup and local cuisine, accompanied by excellent guides who know everything about Lake Baikal. Olkhon and trips to loaves and Ogoy Island have taken a special place in my heart. Baikal has conquered us. We have already decided that we will definitely return to these parts in the summer, and now we know for sure that we will only go with the Arkaim Tour. Thank you for organizing the dream!
