We stayed at the hotel for a few days and were absolutely delighted! The hosts are very friendly and attentive, creating an atmosphere of real home comfort. The houses are clean and cozy. The territory is well maintained, there is a swimming pool, everything is thought out for a comfortable stay for both adults and children. The kitchen is a separate joy: spacious, clean, pleasant to be in. The hosts are polite and always ready to help, welcome and accompany with warmth. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here again! P.S. For those who use Yandex Navigator, I recommend downloading the offline map of Abkhazia in advance.

The Aristocrat Hotel is a place where you don't want to leave and really want to come back again. The owners are Roman and Lyudmila, and in general, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Timur (the administrator) is always in touch and will answer any questions.The hotel, the rooms, the kitchen and the entire territory are clean and have everything for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the girls for cleaning, always in order! The rabbits on the territory are very pleasing, the mountains are visible. We had a rest from 7 to 16 September, with children and parents. We didn't find any disadvantages, the weather is very comfortable, we even saw a thunderstorm))) The pools are cool, clean and warm. They are illuminated at night. Thanks to the entire Aristocrat team for their hospitality! 🔆🔆🔆

100 out of 10. Just a delight. The service level is no worse than in Turkey. The children are always under supervision, the hostess and the staff always monitor the children by the pool and on the territory as a whole. Cleanliness is everywhere, the shared kitchen is amazing. A large set of appliances and dishes. We checked in at no extra charge a few hours earlier, adults and children are delighted. Many thanks to the hostess Lyudmila and all the staff for a great vacation.
