I recommend a ride, it's just an amazing experience, the cost is 30 GEL and the whole of Batumi is in the palm of your hand. The observation deck has a church, souvenir shops, a fountain, a cafe and several photo locations. There was no queue for the cable car, only our company (3 people) was in the booth, no outsider was allowed to join us. The cable car is located in the old part of Batumi.

The Argo cable car in Batumi is a good way to view the city from a height. The ascent takes about 10 minutes in one direction, along the way there are beautiful panoramas of the sea, Batumi and the mountains — especially impressive at sunset. The booth accommodates a maximum of 6 people, so it's not crowded inside, and you can safely enjoy the view. Upstairs there is an observation deck, cafes and souvenir shops. The place is pleasant, but many people note that there is nothing much to do: apart from taking a couple of photos and drinking coffee, there are few options. The prices in the cafe are above average. In general, it's worth visiting at least once for the sake of impressions and photos, but you probably won't want to do it again. The ticket is a bit expensive, but you can forgive the panorama.

We had a rest in Batumi and couldn't get past the cable car, I won't say that it's a lifelong dream, but it's worth a ride. The trailers are clean and tidy , if it's hot, then the upper windows open for ventilation, drive for about ten minutes or a little more, from above you have a great view of the city and the sea in the palm of your hand, from above there is a cafe, a souvenir shop, an observation deck, the price is 30 lari per person there and back, taxi drivers are standing below and offer to take also, going up the mountain for 25 GEL, of course, is a good option, but we were interested in the process of taking a ride on the funicular. In general, it's worth a try, I recommend
