Arena Cyber Club is the best place for gaming in Modern equipment, powerful computers, 144 Hz monitors — it's a pleasure to play. I am very pleased to have a PS5 and a VIP area where you can relax in a more private environment.

I officially declare the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the administrator of the Arena computer club. I ask the management to pay attention to this incident and give it an assessment. In the evening, approximately around 20:40, I was at the Arena computer club with my friends. During the visit, we placed an order for food: one burger and two hot dogs. The club staff informed us that the waiting time would be 15-20 minutes, which we agreed to. In fact, the order was not ready even after the stated time. We went downstairs and waited extra. In total, the wait was about 40 minutes, while the staff did not provide clear information about the readiness of the order, there were no apologies for the delay, and no attempts were made to resolve the situation in any way. All the questions were answered only vaguely in the spirit of "it will be ready now." The situation was especially stressful for me, as I was very late for home and realized that the delay was becoming critical. I told my friends several times that I couldn't wait any longer and would probably have to leave without food. I approached the administrator to clarify the order status. At first, they started giving me another product, namely a roll, which we did not order. I calmly clarified that our order was a burger and two hot dogs. In response, it was again said that the order would be ready"now," without any explanation. When I asked to pack the order in a package, the receptionist's behavior changed dramatically. At that moment, my friend was filming me on video. The shooting was not conducted by staff, work areas, kitchens, or cash registers, and was not provocative. Nevertheless, the receptionist began to sharply demand that the video be deleted, without explaining which rules or laws were allegedly violated. After that, the demands intensified: she insisted that the video be deleted not only from the phone's gallery, but also from the deleted folder, which is direct pressure on the client and interference in personal space. Then the situation moved into an open conflict phase. The receptionist threatened to call security and the police, demanded immediate execution of her instructions, increased tension in front of other visitors and completely ignored the essence of the appeal — the delay of the order and customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, invite the shift supervisor, or offer an adequate solution, the employee began defiantly searching for laws on the phone and proving her position in an aggressive manner. As a result, she went as far as calling the police, using this as a means of pressure. On the phone, the police explained to her that there were no grounds for any action in this situation. After that, the receptionist ended the conversation without apologizing, commenting on what had happened, or resolving the issue with the order. She just turned around and left. As a result, the ordered food was never served, the actual waiting time was almost twice as long as stated, and the customer who wanted to pick up the order and leave faced pressure, threats, and attempted intimidation. I would also like to mention an attempt to force the deletion of a personal video, including files from the deleted section, which goes beyond the acceptable behavior of an employee. I believe that the actions of the administrator include gross violations of service standards, lack of customer orientation, lack of understanding of the boundaries of acceptable communication with visitors and abuse of their position. I consider the use of the police as an instrument of pressure particularly unacceptable. I am appealing to the management of the Arena Computer Club with a request to conduct an internal audit of this incident, evaluate the actions of the administrator and take appropriate disciplinary measures. I also consider it necessary to explain to the staff the rules of communication with clients and the limits of acceptable requirements. Despite the possible advantages of the institution, such situations completely negate the desire to return. I expect an official reaction from the administration to this review, rather than a formal unsubscription.

They do not pay salaries to employees, at first they ignore them, and then they are blacklisted altogether. I do not recommend working in this institution, you urgently need to call the labor inspectorate.
