A wonderful hotel in the very center of Karaganda. Very stylish, cozy, and fresh. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious cuisine. We booked a sauna at the reception, had a great two hours, warmed up, and went swimming in the pool. We plan to visit Karaganda again, and we will definitely stop here again. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, in the very center of the city. there is a VTB ATM nearby, you can withdraw cash from a MIR card. Good breakfast, cleaned daily. One of the disadvantages is that they give you a bottle of water only once, then you can dial it from the cooler, there are no tea bags in the room, the refrigerator barely freezes.
