We had a rest in July 2025, I recommend this hotel to those who want to relax alone with the sea. The stunning sea is just a few steps away from the room, the beach is not overloaded with vacationers, the scent of pine trees creates a special atmosphere. The room was clean, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, TV - everything worked flawlessly. There is a shared kitchen, but we did not use it, we went to the cypress alley - there you can eat to suit all tastes and budgets. Special thanks to the administrator Irina, every request was resolved instantly.👍👍👍We actually had a rest so that we didn't need any rest after the rest, we'll come again next year.

Well, thank God, we got there. This is a great place on the territory of the reserve. What kind of air is there... The sea is clear. Nice rooms. What is very pleasing: you can do laundry for a penny, there is a kitchen, a coffee machine and kettles. A cafe nearby, a cypress street with lots of tents and trade. The city market is 20 minutes away. Everything is great.

Great location right on the beach! The sound of the sea and the view from the window are gorgeous! The mini-hotel is located right in the Pitsunda nature reserve under the pines. The air is gorgeous! The host is great! Responds promptly to all requests! One of the disadvantages is the complete lack of sound insulation, excellent audibility.
