An economy class house. Terrible noise insulation — you can hear the neighbors and the noisy courtyard (you can hear it even when the windows are closed). There is no comfort, noise constantly interferes. Only one advantage is the location, in the center.

It looks like a new residential complex, but people have already screwed up the entrances, the smell is terrible on the floors, there is no ventilation. Sound insulation between kv is below average. The location of the house is not clear, everything seems to be nearby, but it seems to take 20 minutes to walk.
