Level 11 Local Expert

It's a squalid, scary building. You just get out of the bus station and a terrible view of the city opens up. The barracks are some old two-story buildings next to a prehistoric market, selling things on the floor. There's also a sauna from Soviet times where women with low social responsibility hang around.
