One of the fastest and most convenient international border crossings between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the Ferghana Valley. At this crossing, you can cross with passports without being citizens of these two countries. It works around the clock. Out of inconvenience: from the side of Kokand, you can only get by taxi, the bus rarely runs from the small village of Besharyk. Unfortunately, there is no direct message from Kokand to Andarkhon. On the Tajik side, minibuses run, but it takes a very long and slow time to get to the nearest city, so it is advisable to take a taxi. If you travel by private transport and it leaves Tajikistan, then be prepared and be patient for a long and thorough check by Uzbek border guards. Also keep in mind that Uzbek border guards may take your phone for verification to check prohibited content. Prepare Uzbek bags to pay for insurance, as well as other duties (such as tinting rear windows, old traffic fines, etc.) When leaving Uzbekistan, also be prepared to pay fines for traffic violations, letters of happiness will reach the border crossings within a couple of days. Without paying, you will not be able to enter or leave Uzbekistan. When entering Tajikistan, be prepared to fork out for insurance as well. Always keep in mind that when crossing the borders of these countries, you, as a foreign citizen, must comply with the terms of stay, and if you violate them, prepare for a hefty fine. In any case, try to be positive and don't use illegal substances, then your trip will be impressive and enjoyable. I wish you a safe journey!

The only place in the area where border crossing is possible for foreigners (for example, a Russian passport). Everything is done relatively quickly and in an organized manner. Indeed, the Uzbek side speaks only "native". The Tajik side calmly responds in Russian and is generally more welcoming. If there are no complaints about the car's documents and passports, no one is dragging their money and time.

Hell in hell, dirty, stuffy and a mess. The people are like a herd that no one is even trying to harass, they have settled into booths and are sitting. Fights. The toilet is closed. What can you say about the passage of cars, there is complete corruption, you will come out with empty pockets.
