Because even a sick fantasy wouldn't come up with such a thing.) The territory (+ location) is the best of all in Gagra - that's a fact! Well-groomed, which is important. The pool is large (20*10) and warm and does not have trash cans. There is enough food and everything is delicious. The rooms are newly renovated, everything is clean, not a speck, not a speck of dust. The staff is polite. And now what pleases me separately is the view from the balcony-wow wow! And the fact that it's quiet under the window (it's far from the road and there's no construction site nearby, which the hotel's competitors definitely can't boast about). You can go out to the shared balcony, there is a direct view of the sea. Go ahead, see for yourself. By the way, they take you to the procedures. The hydrogen sulfide bath is free, and then take whatever else you want.

We rested for a week at the end of November. I liked everything. Good breakfasts, even champagne is served in the morning. The rooms are fresh and tidy. They clean up on time, the territory is gorgeous, the park has different plants from both Soviet times and new planting. Large heated swimming pool with hydromassage. There is an exit directly to the embankment. The room has both ordinary items like a hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo, as well as tea and coffee robes that are suitable even for large people (although one huge aunt was outraged that her bathrobe did not fit and required a large size). The staff also provides threads, shoe spoons, and more at the next cleaning after the request.

Good day to everyone. We stayed at this hotel from 12/30/2025 to 01/3/2025.This is our first time in Abkhazia, and we really enjoyed everything. New Year's Eve, super, the food is 100%, although if it were served with a long interval, it would be great. Like every hotel, there are some flaws, but if we had been a little lucky with the weather (it rained for two days, the wind was strong), I wouldn't have noticed them at all, the food was great, I felt right at home, everything was delicious. Animator Nastya, a very good girl, tries her best, with minimal opportunities, does a lot. The only thing I didn't like was the check-out at 12:00, but it's like everywhere else, the train is late, if we were in any hotels, you can use everything and the restaurant there before leaving the hotel, but here everything, amba, is somehow not quite right. As I have already written, this is our first time in Abkhazia, and I will definitely want to return, only in the summer. The locals are so good-natured, it's. In general, everything is cool. I highly recommend the hotel.
