We had our first vacation in Abkhazia with a family with two children. I must say right away that the rest was a 100% success. The hotel was great, the room was small with a bunk bed, but everything was compact, there was enough space for us, especially since we were not in the room so often. Room cleaning every 3 days, change of linen and towels. The breakfasts and lunches were very satisfying, both children and adults ate!!! The hotel has its own swimming pool, the children often swam in it, but we preferred the sea. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, the sea is clear, the beach is pebbly. All the entertainment is available for both children and adults, and the prices are lower when compared with Gagra beach. The hotel staff is friendly, they will help with any question at any time of the day, you can choose excursions at the reception, but we were by car, so we went on our own. If you are confused by the large number of positive reviews, then don't worry, these reviews are true)) Abkhazia has captivated us with its diverse beauty, clear sea, and mountains!!! Definitely come back again!!

We had a family vacation at this hotel. I really liked this place. Wonderful staff, all very polite and good-natured. Yes, there is such a moment that there is no sound insulation, but it did not interfere with us or spoil the rest. The rooms are small but very cozy. Nice shower and toilet. Cleaning is done every 3 days, the girls clean well, everything is clean and tidy. You can wash your clothes and iron them. There is a swimming pool on site, very convenient. The location of the hotel is convenient. Close to the sea and the market. The on-site cafe is a different story! The girls in the kitchen cook very tasty with their hearts. The breakfasts and lunches are very hearty and varied. All the cafe staff are friendly and courteous. Everything works as a single organism. Quickly and clearly. After reading the negative reviews, I can only conclude that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, if you want to see the flaws, you can always see them. We tried to focus on the positive aspects and we succeeded! A great place and wonderful people, we will miss you very much.

Staying at this hotel has become one of the best experiences! We came with our daughter for the May holidays. Everything is perfectly organized, from the friendly staff to the excellent room service. Meals are included in the room rate, which makes your stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The room is cozy and clean.
