This is the best apartment I've stayed in) Spacious, stylish, with panoramic windows and modern and stylish design! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of the guests, thanks a lot for that, it feels like home. High-quality furniture, pleasant details, perfect cleanliness, which is very important!!! All appliances are new. There is a coffee machine, the Wi-Fi works without interruption. And the mini garden located on the territory of the apartment is simply created for photo shoots). Now this is our favorite place to come back to, thank you!

Excellent apartment just 150 meters from the sea. The apartments exceeded all expectations, a luxurious luxury in the Pitsunda Bay. We had a family vacation for a week at Ampar apartments, very modern accommodation that meets the requirements of the most discerning tourist. There is everything you might need for a stay. Spacious rooms with comfortable sleeping places, a modern bathroom, an equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, a cozy balcony with stunning mountain views and a parking space under the windows. The cleanest pebble beach and pine grove are right in front of the apartment. There is a cozy area with swings and lemon trees in the courtyard. We appreciated the fast Internet, Yandex TV with Alice, YouTube and Telegram without VPN, fresh lemons for tea every day and home cooking in a cafe in the courtyard. Special thanks to the owners of the apartments - the Ampar family, thanks for the warm welcome, Abkhazian hospitality and help in organizing excursions.

A great place for a family holiday with children of any age. The apartments are thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything except a dishwasher (but this is our whim, I'm not sure that everyone needs it). There is a Playground on the territory, the sensitive owners monitor its condition so that the children feel good. Lemon trees also grow on the territory, a whole park of trees with lemons, illuminated in the evening by a retro garland. There are also rooms on site for a more economical tourist and a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, a cooking area, a shower and a toilet, all according to your wishes. Another advantage is home cooking. Gusiko and her team prepare incredible khachapur, pizza, kharcho and a frying pan with meat. Everything is prepared with a soul and will not make a hole in your pocket. The sea is incredible, clean, away from busy roads and surrounded by pine trees. All this made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you, the friendly family of the owners of this wonderful place.
