The administrator said (already at the issue!!!) that other applicants have had similar cases before!!! But the contract is drawn up in such a way that when accepting the product, they are asked to sign that if the product is damaged during the cleaning process, there are no complaints against them! (The spouse handed it over and did not pay attention to it, signed it, BUT so that you do not become victims, I recommend that you contact another representative in this field!) After the damage to the down jacket, the administrator refers only to the signed contract and does not want to talk about anything else! Disgusting service! I DO NOT recommend it!
