a quiet horror. we bought a Senator sofa, assembled it ourselves - there are no holes for some of the fasteners, you need to drill. we turned to the assembler from Ami furniture - "and how will I assemble it for you then, I don't have any tools." Thank you so much, I won't buy anything else from you.

The service is disgusting, the return on marriage is perceived with hostility and with recommendations to wait, it can straighten itself out, and at the same time the 14 days given by the legislation for a replacement will expire. No one is even trying to be humane and adequate, they are forced to wander around the city with bulky goods, which must be delivered under warranty and not at the expense of the buyer, because low-quality goods are the seller's problem. There are accusations that since the cost is low, there should be no complaints about the quality (whatever it may be). I do not recommend going to this store at all, just waste your nerves and time.

The product range is more or less normal.But the staff is disgusting!!!The women sitting at the checkout are just worse than the saleswomen from the market!On April 28, visiting this store, I was completely shocked by the behavior of these madams!!!Complete disrespect and lack of subordination with the client!
