A super store with a super owner. If you don't know what to buy your child as a gift and as a friend, come here and be sure to find a living friend for your child. They will explain everything, tell you all the little things of the correct content. The owner is a golden man, an enthusiast in his field. I advise everyone. There is everything from birds to reptiles and food for them, vitamins, supplements and everything you need.

There are a lot of exotic animals, pleasant workers, they will explain everything, show you, they can give you support for animals. Loud because of the parrots, but chatty. There are owls, snakes, hedgehogs, lizards, iguanas, spiders. Everything is for cats, for dogs. They sell good food and fillers.

We went into this store for a few days and looked at the bearded agamas. The staff was polite, the store was clean - it bribed, and as a result, they bought a baby here. Trusting the "experience" of the sellers, they were asked to pick up everything necessary for the content. We were sold a set that, as it turned out, is categorically contraindicated for this type of reptile: an infrared lamp for heating and a compact UV lamp. On the first day, Agama looked very depressed. It turned out that the UV lamp shines with an unnaturally bright blue light (photo), which in itself indicates its low quality and unsuitable spectrum. Infrared lamp - Agamas perfectly see the spectrum of infrared lamps. Red lamps do not allow them to sleep at night, and during the day they distort perception, causing constant stress and disruption of biorhythms. They need the bright warm white light of a heating lamp so that they understand where the basking area is. And the blue light of cheap compact lamps, they often have dangerous "peaks" in the spectrum and do not provide a desert animal with sufficient UVB levels. This is a direct route to rickets and eye damage. Service: When I came to return these lamps, politeness was replaced by aggression, I had previously called them and asked if it was possible to return them, they were also rude on the phone. For a long time, they proved to me without a shadow of respect that I was "stupid" if I looked at information on the Internet. The girl with the short haircut was rude openly, in the presence of the child, saying that we "should not go to them anymore," rudely, of course. The owner refers to "40 years of experience", but, apparently, during this time he did not find the opportunity to study the modern international experience of the content. Bottom line: The money was returned, and even just in cash, and they didn't even know how much their lamps cost, the price tags were torn off the boxes during the sale, there is a suspicion that the price was overestimated during the sale. I didn't check much, but I trusted you completely when I bought it, and I didn't take the receipt. And all this with the air of doing a favor. For me, it became a matter of principle not to cheat clients. The most significant thing is that our agama under the right light (T5+halogen) is now noticeably larger than its brothers and sisters who remained in the store, although only 2 weeks have passed. The store is not bad for cleanliness, but if you value your pet's health, check every word of the consultants. They can sell you an illiquid here, and if you try to protect your rights, they'll just be rude. It is unclear which is worse: deliberate deception for the sake of selling illiquid or a sincere unwillingness to improve skills and study.
