The hotel completely does not correspond to the stated description and photos on the website. The reality turned out to be much worse than expected. The rooms are in terrible condition: dirty, everything looks neglected and needs to be repaired. The air conditioner was not working, which caused severe discomfort. The doors to the room were constantly opening themselves, which raises serious questions about the safety of the guests. Instead of a normal blanket, they provided only a duvet cover, which looks like a complete disregard for basic living conditions. The staff also left an extremely unpleasant impression — the service was low. Such an attitude towards the guests is unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.👎
