On 01.01.2026 at 03:32 I went to the pharmacy on duty with acute toothache and lower back pain. She requested over-the-counter painkillers. The pharmacist offered only a high-cost drug. After being asked to find a more affordable analogue, she deliberately refused to sell medicines without explaining the reasons. When asked to give her full name to address the management, the pharmacist showed an extremely rude and humiliating attitude towards the client, refusing to introduce herself. I consider the employee's behavior to be unprofessional and dangerous, especially at night and while on duty. I ask the management and regulatory authorities to pay attention.
