Alfa-Bank chose this branch based on three parameters (the best course for the day, proximity to the apartment, and service for individuals without prior appointment). The branch is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. I came in the afternoon, there are a lot of visitors, but there are also enough windows. I took the ticket to the electronic queue, I was afraid of a long wait, but I was almost immediately invited to the cashier (apparently, currency exchange is rarely requested). I liked the service: it was prompt, friendly, and clear.
