Next is pilaf, to be honest I don't know how you can spoil this wonderful and at the same time the simplest dish. The feeling that they boiled rice and poured turmeric, forgetting salt and generally any other spices, the meat looks like pieces of rubber. And the most interesting thing is belyashi, obviously the cook does not know that the thickness of the dough affects the roasting time and stuffed so much dough into it that it burned on the outside and remained completely raw inside.
