This realistic monument is located near the walls of the Holy Dormition Cathedral because Alexy II was involved in the revival of this shrine. In 1998, Alexy II laid a capsule with a commemorative certificate in the foundation of the future church and consecrated the first stone for the restoration of the cathedral.
