They tried to move it at the beginning, so they told me so much. An incredible team. The only waiter who served the whole holiday without any comments from the entire staff. There was also a girl with a phone who blocked the view of the guests all day. The kitchen is weak. The result is 2 stars per room and one waiter. Good afternoon! In this institution we celebrated our wedding day on 1.08.2025. We want to leave an honest review so that in the future, when choosing this institution, people will take into account many unpleasant moments that happened to us. Let's start with the fact that initially when we booked the hall, the cafe owner told us that the prepayment was now 50 thousand, and the remainder after the celebration. But then, just before the event, we were informed that now we need to pay 50%, and after the first table, as the guests say toasts, count the money in envelopes and give them the rest! Of course, we did not do this, and we gave the entire amount only after the celebration, as discussed at the very beginning. By the way, after we refused to take the all-inclusive for 15,000 per person, various incomprehensible actions began against us: they wanted to take an hour of time away from us, under the pretext that they had an incident in the hall where there was a Russian wedding and there were guests fighting, the police fined everyone, and they say therefore, you only have a celebration until 11 o'clock, we began to defend our time, since we had already agreed on a program with the host and we could not lose an hour of our time, we defended the time, but as they say, the impression was already spoiled. And now our day is coming, the guests are slowly gathering, the host is working with them, my fiance and I are waiting in the car outside and waiting for us to be invited, all the guests are almost there, the host calls us and informs us that the lights have been turned off throughout the area. Can you imagine how we felt? As a result, we started rushing them to think faster and solve this problem, they found a station somewhere, but of course they had nothing to pick it up, so my dad and their waiters drove our car to get it. They brought it, Dad helped to start it, but as a result, more than an hour of lost time, which no one reimbursed us, not morally or financially. Apparently, due to the fact that we did not take the "all inclusive", the food on the plates, namely salads and snacks were smeared, and we think that there were no full portions as agreed at the beginning. On top of that, we didn't prepare tea for our guests, so we just had to slice the cake and distribute it to the guests. Well, the icing on the cake was that at 23:45 they had already turned off the lights, when not all the guests had left the cafe, and we went to pack our things in the dark. Of course, no one brought us apologies or financial compensation for the lost time. We think that you will decide for yourself whether it is worth celebrating your event here, or looking for a place in advance where all the details will be taken into account, and no one will spoil your day.
