I will never use this dry cleaning service again.

Yesterday I stopped by to take my jacket to the dry cleaner, when I showed it to the receptionist, she said, quote, "Okay, but I don't agree with the stains." When I asked to clarify what that meant, they told me, "We're more of a laundry room, not a laundry room." After I showed them that they were dry cleaning, they just threw up their hands. I understand that there are spots that cannot be removed, but here I have, without specifying what kind of spots, how long ago, and so on, just "did not agree with the spots." And I don't have a white coat, but an ordinary synthetic jacket.

They rudely refused to accept the blanket because they didn't have any packages! They don't accept mine, but they didn't put their own. But that's not my problem! No one thought that I could buy something nearby, I would have bought it, I was carrying a blanket in my hands, but it was heavy! When I asked for the complaint book, the employee didn't want to give it to me, she allegedly lost it, then said she would run away and buy a package herself. The problem of missing a package is not the consumer! But I would have understood everything if they had treated me humanly, at least apologized. Yes, they suggested that you can buy nearby. But here it seemed that they simply did not want to take the order.
