Excellent residential complex. I was considering buying an apartment. I liked the fact that you can make your own layout. It was built on time. I know that the company that built the EOT LCD is building several more houses nearby. A promising area. The Presidential Highway, which means that everything will always work. The city bus route is already running. Clean air, no smoke like in the "old" city. When the stoves are heated in winter. The area has a school, a children's play center, grocery stores right in the house. For the elderly, there is a place in the yard where grandparents can communicate as good neighbors, and communication is very important for the elderly. I was also surprised that there is a self-wash for the residents, I have not seen this. This residential complex even has a modern medical center. In general, I would like to live in such a house. It is modern, looks good from the outside in its own way, it is serviced by its own ksk and there is a parking space for cars.
