A very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio! Location. The hotel is really located right above the beach! But this is balanced by the fact that it is not in the city. Also, no one said that there is an active railway less than 5 meters from the hotel! To be fair, trains don't pass very often (I noticed a couple of times a day) and excellent sound insulation, but you have to be prepared that at 7-8 in the morning you will wake up as if from an earthquake from a passing train. The rooms are good! Large balconies, panoramic windows, a huge space, but not very well maintained (walls and similar small things are stained somewhere). The first number that I got was with ants, but I pointed out that the number was immediately changed, where there was no problem. Bathroom. It's also modern, but for some reason, only one of the 2 watering cans was fully functional. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the underfloor heating throughout the room!! It's incredibly cool!! A refrigerator, air conditioning, a smart TV with the ability to connect your YouTube channel - it's all good! I really wanted to give 5 stars, but all sorts of little things do not allow, alas. Solid 4!

Отель находится буквально в двадцати метрах от моря, а из всех номеров открывается прекрасный вид. Номера большие, чистые, новые, со свежим ремонтом. Уборка проводится постоянно, поэтому везде порядок. Отдельное спасибо Марте, именно она стала главным плюсом этого места и сделала отдых особенно комфортным. Спасибо за отличный отдых!

We had a rest at the end of April 2026 with friends. Excellent hotel in Sukhumi. These are new buildings right on the beach. Not to be confused with the Aidar Hotel, which is located across the street in the park. All rooms at this hotel are spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The room has everything you need: comfortable beds, good blankets and pillows, bathrobes, beach towels, slippers, a tea station. The breakfasts are also good, everything is delicious and fresh. They are served in the neighboring building in the restaurant, also with a view of the sea. There, on the ground floor, you can have lunch and dinner according to the menu. The prices are not too high, the food is delicious. You can also order room service. The hotel has free sun beds, a beach under the windows. But we didn't use it because it wasn't the season for swimming. But every morning we saw dolphins right in front of the windows. I was also pleased with the birthday compliment from the hotel in the form of a bottle of Abkhazian dry red wine. Behind the buildings there is a railway right next to the buildings. We were worried initially that it would be a problem. But we shouldn't have worried. We heard it a couple of times in the morning, it passes very quickly. It seems that the train runs 2-4 times a day during the season. Overall, we really enjoyed everything. Thank you for your hospitality!
