I recently had a chance to stay at the Ayser Hotel, and I want to share my impressions. From the very beginning, I liked the hospitality of the staff – they were very friendly, explained everything in detail, helped with the accommodation and answered all questions. It feels like every guest is really taken care of here. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh and smells good. The bathroom is perfectly clean, and all necessary accessories – from shampoo to towels – have been prepared in advance. Special thanks for the good sound insulation: it was comfortable to relax, nothing bothered. I will also note the convenient location of the hotel. Nearby there are shops, cafes, transport stops – everything is at hand. At the same time, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, no fuss. This is especially convenient for travelers: you can easily get to the right places, and in the evening return to the atmosphere of comfort and silence. The breakfasts at the hotel were also pleasant – delicious, varied and satisfying. There are both classic dishes and light options. Everything is fresh and neatly served. The staff at the restaurant is attentive, always with a smile. I would especially like to mention the atmosphere: you feel at home in "Icer". This is not just a place to spend the night, but a space where you can really relax and unwind. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail – from the interior to the service. In general, the hotel "Ayser" left only positive impressions. An excellent combination of price and quality, a high level of service and a cozy atmosphere make it an excellent choice for trips – whether it's a business trip or a vacation. I will definitely stop here again and confidently recommend it to my friends and acquaintances!

On the 5th floor, the standard rooms are normal, there are slippers, all towels are in the bathroom. The TV is working, there is air conditioning, there is a balcony. In general, it's not bad, there is a lot to grow in terms of repairs, the room costs 20,000 tenge. There are gels, disposable soaps, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste.

Relatively inexpensive, clean, spacious. The furniture does not fall apart. Maybe even an orthopedic mattress. After 14 hours at the wheel, it went with a bang. Friendly and professional staff. Minor plumbing problems (poorly fixed toilet bowl. I waited a long time for cold water to run and hot water to go, although at 2 a.m. this is not surprising). A very good breakfast buffet, for a modest 1,500 tenge.
