It's a very cozy hotel. The rooms are clean, the renovation is recent, the shades are calm and relaxing. There is air conditioning, a small refrigerator. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available at the hotel. The territory has its own dining room, open from morning to evening, though I don't remember how many. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the prices are very affordable. The territory itself is small, but well maintained, lots of plants, everything is aesthetically pleasing. The staff is kind, smiling, always ready to answer all your questions, help you solve any problems. It is located almost on the main street of the city. It's not far from the sea. The only thing is that there is a railway nearby, along which electric trains and trains travel. They honk their horns as they drive through the city. If the windows are closed, then this is not so much a hindrance. At least it didn't bother us, because after a busy day, we'd collapse and fall asleep soundly. Thank you very much to the staff for a wonderful and delicious stay!

We were in Abkhazia for the first time and the choice fell on this hotel and did not lose out. Great place, quiet, beautiful little hotel. The room was on the second floor, with a balcony and a view of the sea, on the balcony they liked to drink coffee in the morning and admire nature.The room is very cozy and clean, the cleaning was carried out every day, the bed linen and towels are snow-white, there are soap accessories in the shower.The hotel itself has a dining room, the food is excellent, the dishes are homemade, very tasty, the portions are huge, and the price is quite acceptable.I want to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff, attentive, polite, special thanks to Hellas, she helped a lot with the choice of excursions, as well as suggested what to see in Gagra itself, with transport, etc., quickly resolved any issues.Thank you so much for Everything, thanks to this hotel, I have good memories of Abkhazia.Good luck with Everything!You are the best! We were on vacation in Abkhazia in Gagra, stayed in a hotel on June 19-24, 2025. Room on 3 on the 3rd floor with a balcony, wonderful sea view! The room was cleaned every day, cozy and comfortable. Excellent dining room, vacationers from other hotels came to our dining room, on a budget. The staff is polite, excursions can be booked here, they will be picked up from the hotel. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, we pass through the Nart hotel, you can stay with them, but the deck chairs are expensive 3t r, we walked a little further along the beach to the Chelyuskintsev sanatorium, for a nominal amount we bought 3 deck chairs and put them under the umbrella where we would show. I definitely recommend the hotel!👍
