I am always refused a taxi pass to the territory of the residential complex, referring to the rule prohibiting the entry of taxis. At the same time, every time I have to carry heavy things on foot for 5-10 minutes. Physically, it's extremely difficult, especially on days when I don't feel well. Today, I directly reported my condition, but even with that in mind, I was refused. It is important to emphasize that the taxi is not on the territory of the residential complex for a long time: after disembarking or receiving a passenger, the driver immediately leaves the territory. We are not talking about parking, creating traffic jams or disrupting order — only about a short-term check-in for disembarkation. In its current form, these rules look formal and do not take into account the real needs of residents. They create unnecessary difficulties and force residents to carry heavy things on foot without any alternative. Please: • explain the reasons for the total ban on taxis; • consider the possibility of short-term entry for passenger disembarkation and unloading; • Identify a clear and appropriate course of action for residents in such situations. I expect a concrete answer and a decision, not a formal refusal.
