Побывав очередной раз в центре А 1, убеждаюсь, что работают не совсем компетенные специалисты в указанном центре. В марте т. г получили одну информацию ( в этом же центре), а обратившись сегодня… уже услышали другую информацию? Как так? Может компания меняет так « космически» свои условия? Сегодня человек сам вправе решать какую мобильную сеть выбирать ? А, еще интересный дефакт? Штрафы, а за что и по какой причине? Я что злостный не плательщик услуг? Полагаю, что необходимо пощаче проводить техническую учебу, дабы повышать знания этих специалистов, чтобы выглядели соответствующим образом.
