There was a case a couple of years ago when I decided to leave for another network, your employee was rude and rude so that I was just shocked. It's just a terrible attitude. Apparently, we need to leave you again, it's time to go forever.

Everything is fine. I bought a new phone and couldn't set up an e-sim, rushed to this point A1 and manager Ksenia set everything up in 30 seconds, clearly and quickly. Great job, the managers are all polite and prompt. They ask people what they can do to help, and they tell them. A great point with great employees.
