Very nice atmosphere and didn’t talk much with staff but they seemed nice. Just took a photo of what I wanted and showed them. Juliette rolls were so good. My fave was the lotus cheesecake. Good prices for travellers too.

Safia used to be my favorite place, where I always felt the hospitality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the last visit was very disappointing. I noticed that the Greek salad in the window was expired and with obvious traces of mold. This is a serious issue regarding product safety. Unfortunately, there was no adequate response from the staff: no compensation was offered, I just had to choose another salad to replace it. I also upset the service. Previously, every guest was sincerely welcome here, but now the attitude has become cold. When I asked for a complaint book, I was faced with disapproving stares from the staff, which was very unpleasant. It's a pity that the bar has dropped so much. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality control and atmosphere in this branch.
