The price for a lesson is 350 rubles, 10 lessons will cost more than 3500 rubles. The terrible tiles in the locker rooms are the color of an eyesore, the showers are such that you don't want to swim in them. Here, like in the 90s, they give out locker keys, while everyone has already switched to electronic bracelets. The hyperextension simulator is terrible…Personally, this gym reminds me of a school gym. While a subscription to ddx in Moscow with new equipment and TVs with cardio equipment costs 1,700 rubles. For me, this is a real problem when you're used to strength training, but you don't even want to do it there.… 5+ I can put for yoga, stretching, trx, etc....The collective training sessions are much better organized and the second floor is cleaner. The gym is good, there are a lot of simulators for different muscle groups. Everyone is very polite and ready to help me, as a beginner, this is very important. The only thing that doesn't suit this gym is the mess: the dumbbells are always in different places.🤷🏻♀️
