This was the second time we had a rest with Alekta and Ruslan. From June 15th to July 7th . This time, we were with our one-year-old daughter, and we came here specifically so that there would be a sea nearby, a clean, partially sandy beach, and pine trees, in the shade of which my daughter slept in a stroller in the morning. My husband mastered the Sap, which could be rented at the hotel. The sea is a 3-minute walk away, the beach is quiet and large, dolphins swam several times in the morning. There are few people on the beach, which is a huge plus, no one interfered with anyone and you could relax in peace. The rooms are clean, new, well maintained. There is a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, clean towels. There are 2 washing machines. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, very cozy. The center of Pitsunda is a 25-30min walk away, or you can call a taxi. Hospitable, friendly hosts Alekta and Ruslan, thank you so much for our stay, we already miss you. We had a great time here, and we hope to come back next year!!!!

We had a rest in La Mer in the second half of September 2024. I liked everything. The room is clean and tidy, that's how it is in the photo, that's how it is in reality. The sound insulation was excellent, the neighbors couldn't be heard from the word at all. The room has a small refrigerator and a hairdryer. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved, for example, our shower watering can was broken, we told about it and it was quickly replaced. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor, which can be used without any problems. There is plenty of parking space in the courtyard, we could always park without any problems. There is also a cafe in the courtyard where they cook very tasty and homemade food. As residents, we took a pot of tea or a jug of lemonade to our room, and then returned the dishes back, which was very convenient for us. The sea is really a five-minute walk through a boxwood grove. The beach is wild, there are few people, which is just very wonderful. But, the waves are big. If you don't need waves, go to the bay of sanatoriums. But in the evening, walking and listening to the sound of the sea is a complete thrill! It takes about 5 minutes to get to the center of Pitsunda, 15-20 minutes on foot. Like it. I recommend it!

This year we had a rest in July in sunny Abkhazia, in Pitsunda in LA Mer. It took a long time to find a place to live, and it wasn't an easy choice, but it was worth it. La Mer is located after the hotels "Litfond" and "Boxwood Grove".It may be useful for someone to navigate. Yesterday, my wife and I completed our vacation at this guest house. After a rest there, I had an exceptionally pleasant impression of a clean, quiet room. There is a very cozy kitchen on the territory of the hotel, everything is very tasty at home, diverse, many thanks to Asida, who greeted us with a smile when we came to eat, if she had returned to La Meg, it would have been only because of the kitchen. The hotel is clean, nice renovation. The rooms are cleaned every 5 days, only upon request. The room is noisy because of the two roads that surround the hotel, you can only sleep with a closed balcony. The center is 5-7 minutes by car. If you want to eat outside the hotel, relax, dance, then you need to return before 22.00 pm because after that time, the hostess closes the door, and to get to the hotel after 22.00 you need to call her, which is very inconvenient for me, it created discomfort for us. The third time, when we returned at 23.00, the door was not opened to us at all, it was impossible to get through to the hostess, she simply did not take the phone. In my opinion, this is not very nice, if the hotel is open until 22.00, you need to warn us in advance, then we would choose another place. Last year there were no problems, we had a rest, and Gagra, we had an electronic key, came when it was convenient for us, no one was uncomfortable, let's say if an excursion, or we had a long trip to Sukhumi to friends. The sea is a two-minute walk along a shady alley (it is illuminated in the evening). Wide coastline (sand at first, small pebbles closer to the sea). There are very few people on the beach, almost none at all. Crystal clear sea. Ideal conditions for families with children. We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row. The children liked it so much last year that they have been asking to go to the sea here all year. There are two Dobermans in the hotel, very kind and no one is afraid of them. Good Wi-Fi. There is also delicious homemade wine and local very tasty lemonade. The center of Pitsunda is 1.5 minutes away by car. I wanted to write a review about the dishonesty of the hostess herself and, apparently, her work for the "future"... I booked a room in February for the month of August, in May it so happened that I had to change my job. I immediately wrote and asked to cancel my reservation (three months in advance, not two days). After a short correspondence, we decided to postpone the reservation to September, without specific dates and duration, although I immediately warned that most likely no one would let me go on vacation in September. In mid-August, I was told that they couldn't provide me with a vacation for sure, very little time had been worked out, I wrote to Alecta about it... and then silence... I've been trying to call and finish writing for a week.... but no one talked to me. Well, the money is not great and if she needs this charity, let her keep it! Maybe it's true that a person has such a situation that makes her earn money in this way, I'll even be glad that I helped! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING AT THIS PLACE IN ADVANCE, PAY ATTENTION TO PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! I am not the first one who writes about this attitude of the hostess of this institution.

When, on September 04, in the evening we arrived, unexpectedly, we were told that they would not rent us for 3500 per day! And the price has increased to 4,000 thousand per day. Be careful! After leaving home, I wrote a review on the booking page about this situation and then, after a while, I received a message from the booking that the Representative of the La Mer Guest House (reservation number 2908542528) informed us that you did not arrive on 2023-09-04. And in this regard, a fine may be imposed on us. I don't know how it will end! More cons: there was no cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels in 10 days. The center is 2.5 km away on a roadway without sidewalks. A taxi from the center to the guest house is 300 rubles. There is nowhere to eat nearby, only in a guest house or near licking, prices are higher. La mer is surrounded by driveways both in front and behind. The guest house is locked at 22 o'clock and the Doberman dog is released.

The hotel itself is good, the owners are normal. If you are afraid of dogs, think about whether you want to come here, because two Dobermans live on the territory and walk freely here. Dobermans are still young, 6 months old, but I don't know what will happen next. The rooms are good, but the prices are high. There is no infrastructure other than the beach nearby. I give a low rating for the transfer that I ordered to Adler airport from this place through the hostess Alecta. Absolutely terrible. The cars are in terrible condition, the drivers behave disgustingly and yell at the passengers, and they charge money as for business class in Moscow.
