If you have ordered a thing that is important to inspect before receiving, be prepared for the fact that something that is not a marriage may be considered a "marriage": uneven stitching within the framework of GOST, the shade of the fabric, the features of the patterns. I understand that employees work according to the instructions, but I would like more flexibility and understanding of the difference between the actual defect and the factory features of the product. So far, getting clothes here is a lottery: if you're lucky with an employee, you'll pick them up without any problems, if you're unlucky, you'll waste your nerves and time.

The only advantage is that there is a corner for children. That's it. Very slow employees. They're slow. One constantly moves orders from box to box slowly, and the other one issues orders and makes refunds. And there are two queues, one for receiving, the other for returning. Orders need to be checked on their knees under the cameras, because the tables are always occupied, and there are always a lot of people waiting.

At the same time, there are no markings on the film, it is not sealed, but simply wrapped several times around the box. With such ignorance, the ladies do not allow you to check the goods, but if you check the whole– take it away. However, the colors of the product and the picture on the screen may differ. It's a good scheme to pick up the goods.

Disgusting staff. My order arrived on October 3rd. There were 2 employees at the PVZ, one of whom took orders from some boxes and threw them into others, the second employee accepted refunds and gave orders to customers. The queue is about 10 people. When it was my turn, they scanned the QR code, but they didn't give me the order, telling me to come in an hour. The answer to my indignation was "What are you freaking out about" and we started serving the next client. After some time, they cancelled my order without my knowledge and permission. As a result, wasted time, spoiled mood and a dropped percentage of the ransom. I ask you to have a conversation with these employees and punish them if possible.

Disgusting staff! A 14-year-old child went to pick up her things, she didn't have enough money on her card for one of the things, then the child asked for a refund, in response to this, the employees were outraged and demanded to pay for purchases, and then make refunds! They forced the child to call his parents to transfer the money and until the issue is resolved, he cannot go anywhere and if the parents do not have a transfer, they offered to call somewhere else (the child does not remember which word was called)! They are lucky that I found out about it an hour later, otherwise at least a police squad would have come to this "cantora" to see how they would explain themselves!
