This is by far the worst hostel I have been in Russia, there is no reception so everything has to be over the phone, the person on the phone doesn’t speak Russian so if you foreigner you are pretty much screwed. The rooms are so hot even in winter, there is not toilet paper in the bathrooms and there is no one you can ask for it. The kitchen doesn’t have stove so you can’t cook. People are messy and there is no one to control the situations. Rooms are tiny and packed with people’s things. Beds look dirty and unpleasant. The couch in the common area is just in a terrible shape. Do yourself a favour if you are reading this and do not stay at this hostel. There is space for more than 40 people but there is only two toilets.

просто ужас. приехали с классом в Москву на 2 дня,в итоге хостел испортил все впечатление. ночью то включали то выключали камеру со вспышкой,что мешало спать. персонал грубый,совсем не следит за порядком. ночью зашел мужчина со словами «я только что сюда заселился» хотя мест не было. поздно ночью,одна женщина из персонала включила радио на всю громкость,а когда попросили выключить,сказала «это хостел,привыкайте». код от двери знали незнакомые люди,и так же ночью ломились в комнату. в душе почти нету горячей воды,приходилось мыться холодной. ужасные соседи орали матами на детей поздно ночью,но пожаловаться было некому, тк никого из персонала не было в хостеле,от слова совсем. при выселении выставили наши чемоданы за дверь,и сказали быстрее уезжать,потому что едут новые гости,но по оплаченному времени мы могли еще там находиться.

Well if you want to experience the most awful stay in your life, this hostel is the place. Think of every bad possible thing that could happen to you in a hostel, this one will make it true. It's not a hostel, I have no idea what's this place, the only good thing is that the other guests are nice and cool.
