I visited the 5 element store today and was unpleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The employee, as it turned out later, Ksenia, was completely unable to properly help an older person sort out documents and actions on the phone when applying for a loan. The explanations were incomprehensible and superficial, which caused the process to take a long time and cause stress. I would also like to note that the employee did not have a badge, so it was impossible to immediately understand who exactly was serving customers — the name was announced later by other employees. The situation was saved only by other store employees who came up later, calmly and easily explained everything and helped to complete the registration. I believe that employees working with loans, and especially with older people, need to show more patience, care, and the ability to explain in simple words.
