We ourselves drew the employees' attention to the error. In response, they began to rudely say that "this discount does not concern us," which was already obvious, instead of a normal reaction or gratitude for the attentiveness. The administrator also spoke rudely, opening the product without consent, despite the fact that I had informed in advance of my intention to check the originality by serial number. An incorrect serial number was entered in the warranty card, which is why I advise you to pay closer attention to what is being filled out for you. In other cities, the 5 Element chain shows an excellent level of service, but the store in Luninets was very disappointing. There is no desire to return.
