I ordered an iron as a gift. I came to pick it up -it turned out that the iron was not new. They took it away without question. I re-ordered it a day later. I came back-the same iron again. The seller confidently lied that this could not be. It's a shame that you can only leave a review on the site when you have purchased the product. I didn't order a third time.

There is no customer orientation. I bought a laptop 2 months ago, the screen stopped working, there was no mechanical damage, which was noted in the act of acceptance of the goods, I handed it over for diagnosis, waited 2 weeks so that when I arrived, they told me that I was denied warranty repairs, they gave me a piece of paper stating that diagnostics had been performed. the collection (although it is clear from the screws that it was not even opened), a clue appeared on the side of the screen (which was not there), the consultant replied with something indistinct that there was a problem with the matrix. For 2 weeks, my laptop was simply examined under a microscope to find something to find fault with and deny the warranty. It is unclear why it was not possible to report this earlier. Repairs of non-warranty cases are not carried out at all. When asked what to do, the consultant told me to give it to a paid repair, but then the factory warranty will no longer be valid, I need to call the service center and find out where I can make this repair at all. Why doesn't the staff know who their service center is working with? I wanted to buy myself a good laptop, I bought it specially in the store, but in the end, with this approach, I could just order online and get the same thing.

It's not the first time I've been shopping. The staff is responsive, a large selection of products, a wide price segment, discounts and bonuses are pleasant, delivery when necessary, quality is at a good level.
