In February 2026, I ordered the delivery of a motherboard for a computer, waited 2 weeks for delivery, and as a result, the wrong board arrived (they got mixed up). When asked to send the one after all, they replied that they had already sold it out. I built the computer for this particular fee, and in 2 weeks it disappeared from sale in other stores. They didn't even apologize or offer alternatives, they told me to call or write to support. I wrote a detailed letter of support, a month passed, and they didn't even respond. I called to clarify if the letter had reached me - they confirmed that they had and promised to respond soon, as a result, another month passed after that and they just ignored me. At least they apologized. That's all you need to know about this store's attitude to customers.

When Dad and I arrived, we began to choose laptops, sales consultants approached us and asked what exactly we were choosing. The wishes were such that he pulled games and editing programs (at least the adobe package). We were offered the aser aspire 3. As ignorant people, we believed what the sellers told us. I shouldn't have. Apparently they thought they were going to play minesweeper and klondike. And I'm generally silent about editing programs. Apparently they only needed to sell this product. They saw that people who didn't know turned to them and told them all sorts of lies. We also wondered if it would be possible to change the RAM to another (this was one of the most important wishes), of course they told us yes. And then when I wanted to change it, we come to the PC workshop, they tell me that you can't change the RAM in this model. Am I upset? Yes. Bottom line: the RAM cannot be changed, the games are extremely difficult to pull, the installation programs are 50-50, it could have been better (lags, crashes, somehow I have already come to terms with this), it heats up quickly, there is very little memory in the laptop itself, only 200 GB, 100 on the c disk, 100 on the d disk)). Therefore, the staff did not satisfy me. The choice of goods as such is of course normal. The quality will be good, but it's better not to trust the sellers 100%, it's worth double-checking the information on the Internet. Discounts and promotions are constant.
