The sales consultant marked the serial number "used" instead of the serial number, which further prevented the return of low-quality goods. A service employee called 14 days after accepting a low-quality product with an offer to come pick it up and take it to the service on her own. The store manager does not consider it necessary to do anything about these violations. A call to call center 275 revealed that the store's employees were misleading the management that the customer agreed to repair, even though a notice of termination of the purchase agreement had been written. I bought a kettle for an induction cooker, after a couple of weeks the bottom of the kettle and the edges turned dark, although the kettle did not heat up without water, I used it carefully, I took the element back to Nesterov at 5, they took it away, held it and said that this was a normal phenomenon, that it turned black when heated, I tried to dispute, they took it away again and wrote me a paper that this is not a manufacturing defect. But I don't understand how it can not be, if the kettle has lost its appearance, it has become ugly after a couple of weeks, during normal operation. Although I read on the Internet that this is a manufacturing defect, the thickness of the stainless steel is not observed, and it turns black when heated. For information, I used the same kettle, the same company for 10 years and it did not turn black, there were even cases that the water was drained and it was heated without water, it just got old and I decided to upgrade. I had to buy an electric kettle, but I put this one in the closet, it's just a pity to throw it away.

The seller had a strange strategy of "motivation to buy". I ordered a specific phone, came to pick it up – the phone is inexpensive and also with a discount. Why would I press and repeatedly suggest "suggest something better"? Better is probably more expensive. I understand that offering additional services is a service, but the little things decide everything. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste. And this despite the fact that at Dana Mall, literally this spring, they offered me about the same thing when buying, and I wanted to agree. Probably, the additional training that was promised in response to other comments never reached the team. It's sad, because the point is conveniently located, there are no queues, but I'd rather drive next time.
