As long as you are a potential customer, they dance in front of you in all sorts of ways. But if you're applying under warranty, don't expect any help or support. Complex technical devices (which probably makes up 90% of their products) are not subject to return and exchange. So you will need to try to prove that the product you bought broke down through no fault of your own. There's nothing to say about the additional guarantee, which they squeeze into unconsciousness, just money thrown away.
