We bought a phone. They got an additional paid warranty (they say 80% of the cost is refunded in case of a serious breakdown) . As a result, the screen was replaced under the usual warranty. The phone suddenly stopped turning on. They delivered it. We waited for 3 weeks, and the answer came that the screen was not original, even though there was not a word about the screen in the application. It wasn't even disassembled. No one gave 80%, as there is no conclusion. It makes sense to take out paid insurance and talk nonsense if everything is like that. They changed the screen themselves.... Why should I answer that it's not original..... Why do these insurance policies if they don't want to do anything?
