Delivery was specified from 19 00-22 00. I called the courier, to which the courier replied that they had been calling since 17:00. At 19:20, they were already at the warehouse and had already unloaded my order. And there will be no delivery anymore. A very interesting and, most importantly, customer-oriented service. Arrive earlier, wait 10 minutes according to the courier, miss the buyer and leave. Why arrive earlier when delivery is from 19 00 -22 00 is not clear. When I arrived at the store where I ordered, they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver today. Impressive service -)
