On December 25, 2025, a Bally convector with a control unit was submitted for inspection. In January 2026, they contacted the store for the result of the check and it turned out that the control unit was lost, they asked to wait longer while they searched. On February 7, we contacted the store again, we were offered a refund, but we demanded a replacement of the product, since we need a convector with a control unit (all this time one room (bathroom) is without heating), the administrator offered 174 rubles for the convector and 123 rubles for the control unit, since they do not have a control unit it is available and they could not find it in the Republic of Belarus. This control unit is available on the official Bally website in the Republic of Belarus at a cost of 137 rubles. The question to the store administration is why, due to someone's negligence, we have to pay the difference in the cost of the control unit, the cost of delivery to Slutsk, to suffer inconvenience (unheated room in the house), violation of consumer rights: Article 23. Replacement of goods of inadequate quality 1. If the consumer discovers defects in the goods and submits a request for replacement of such goods, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to replace such goods immediately, and if additional quality control of such goods is required by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative), replace it within fourteen days from the date of submission of the specified requirement. If the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) does not have the necessary goods to replace them on the day the consumer submits a request for replacement, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) must replace such goods within one month from the date of the said request. If the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) does not have a product of this model (brand, type, article, etc.) for reasons beyond his control, within one month from the date of the consumer's claim, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to provide him with a similar product of another model (brand, type, article, etc.). etc.) with the consent of the consumer.
