They said the battery was wearing out. But we handed over the working product! The charge lasted 35 minutes. It is unclear at what stage the battery has worn out. They gave us a vacuum cleaner, it is not subject to warranty, although the warranty is until December 15th. Where to look for the guilty???

The disgusting work of the service center, we bought a robot vacuum cleaner, after 1.5 months of work, stopped sucking garbage into the container, went to the store where we bought it, after 2 weeks we received an SMS that we could pick it up.
