A good clinic. Polite reception staff: the girls always explain everything politely and intelligibly, help with recording and transfers. But most of all, I like our therapist, Essie Larry. He is such a pleasant, polite, competent doctor that even waiting in line for 1.5 hours is not perceived negatively. He will pay as much attention to each patient as necessary, always ask about everything to make sure of the diagnosis, cheer up with a joke. Usually, the recommendations are written out in hard copy, so you don't have to read the doctor's handwriting at home. Clever girl! I would also like to mention the women's consultation. There is an excellent doctor in room 470, always communicating with a smile, telling everything in detail. The offices themselves are very comfortable, there are special screens, self-lifting chairs. Colorful walls also relieve stress. Before that, she was served in 3 polyclinics, compared to heaven and earth. Of course, I would like more doctors and a more convenient appointment so that I don't have to wait in line, but thanks to the specialists who serve me, 5 stars. P.S. The clinic can already be said to be not new...BUT staffing levels, such as staff, doctors, and equipment, are low.. How to open a polyclinic and not equip an X-ray room in the children's department: the child broke his arm, had to go from Olshanka to Gagarin, and there was an X-ray room with its own reception hours..Secondly, as the adult department dispenses with a fluorography room, go back to another clinic.. You sit in queues for a therapist for hours..I'm not talking about it at all. It's a mess, as it probably is in every healthcare facility of this type... ( I would like more service from budget clinics, and not you yourself pushing people into the offices of paid services of private clinics (for each doctor you need to get a referral from another doctor, idiocy)...

04/16. I was waiting for an appointment in the infectious diseases room. The doctor, who does not speak Russian very well, started work at 8.08 a.m., although the office is open from 8.00 a.m.! I listened, took my temperature (it wasn't there, because I knocked it down with pills in the evening), looked at my throat and said that I didn't see any visible signs of malaise!!!After examining this unfortunate doctor, I turned to my local Kulagina L.L., who took it without an appointment and, as always, thoroughly examined it and sent it for a picture, as a result- rhinosinusitis!!!! How can this be?! One "doctor" sees no obvious signs of malaise, and the second doctor immediately makes a diagnosis and sends him on sick leave for a period of 6 days!!! Maybe the polyclinic administration should check the qualifications of such would-be doctors before hiring them?!!!
