I've been meaning to write a laudatory review for a long time, but today turned out to be a great reason! "Two raccoons" opened another store (in the same building). The attitude towards customers lies in the details: hangers, fitting rooms, decoration! The store is beautiful, spacious, lots of fitting rooms, also spacious, cozy, with excellent lighting, where you can spin in the mirror as you want. The sellers are friendly. The choice towards the end of the day is no longer the same, as it is clear that everything has been bought up))) The case is when the owners know their value, while meeting and always raising the bar. This is probably the best such store that I know. I always go shopping, and that's great!

The store itself is interesting, there are really cool finds, but there is one point that greatly spoils the impression. On the eve of the evening (at about 21:00-22:00), after closing, reviews of new arrivals are published, which will be sold the next day. As a result, this provokes a stir: people come to the opening, and a crowd is formed where they literally have to compete for the things they like. This creates a rather unpleasant atmosphere: haste, jostling, stress, queues in the fitting rooms. Sometimes it takes an hour or more to make a purchase. If you come later, then the necessary things, as a rule, have already been sold out. It turns out that the buyer is either forced to participate in this "race", or risks not finding anything — it doesn't look very comfortable and not very customer-oriented. It may be worth reviewing the format of publishing reviews — for example, posting them in the morning or closer to the opening time in order to reduce artificial excitement and make the buying process more relaxed and convenient for everyone.
