For the May holidays, our tourist group from Russia was settled here. The ideal location is in relation to the city center, i.e. Sovetskaya pedestrian street. We walked around a lot! There is a lot of transport on different routes away from the hotel building, which is also convenient. She lived in a single room on the seventh floor. Hot and cold water with good pressure all day long, the room is clean, the bed linen is clean, there is a hairdryer, kettle, cooler on the floor. The elevators arrive quickly. I can't appreciate the breakfasts, because there's a tiny cafe on the ground floor, and our group of 40 people were fed in a city cafe. There is a grocery store 500 meters from the building, so if you wish, you can buy everything there for food and drink.

The hotel impressed me in a good way. Very modern and tidy! The rooms have a modern large TV, kettle and hairdryer. It's nice to see such small things as a bottle of water, tea bags and sugar (unfortunately, this is not everywhere in Belarus). The breakfast was pleased with the variety of choices and the availability of a lean (dietary) option!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of this wonderful hotel! I rested here alone and was absolutely delighted. A wonderful new renovation immediately catches your eye — everything is done with taste, quality and modernity. The room was very cozy and warm, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks for the amazing view from the window — every morning started with a beautiful picture! But the most valuable thing is, of course, the staff. I felt sincere care and friendliness from the first minute. They always met me halfway and offered me help, which created a truly homely atmosphere. An individual approach to each guest is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. I will definitely come back again and recommend you to all my friends! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Let's start in order. To enter the hotel, you have to drive onto the sidewalk, which prevents pedestrians from moving. To open the barrier, you need to call the reception. There is no direct line, the bot responds, then wait 2 minutes for the administrator to pick it up, and only then you can drive through. I booked it back in November on 31.12, the website said that almost the last room was for 100 euros, as a result, not a single car was parked in the parking lot for a day, not a single guest was met at the hotel. It felt like it was empty and there was only one staff. I asked for a higher floor, everything is fine here, they gave me 7.The room is nice, renovated. But immediately upon entering the bathroom, the handle fell off. The pressure is terribly weak, both in the shower and in the washbasin. The mirror is high, you need to stand on your toes to get ready, height 165. The room is cold, the heating is not working at all. It's good that you didn't stay for two nights, it's not worth your money at all.

The hotel is not ready for the cold season. EVERYONE is freezing (in front of us, other tourists asked for relocation because of the cold room. The batteries are barely warm, the floor is very cold. If you decide to stop, take warm pajamas and thick-soled slippers. You will not be able to warm up in the bathroom, there is no hot water pressure. The Internet is slow and therefore smart TVs in the rooms are only a torment. The administration is unable to cope with the poor work of the registration program, we were registered only when we moved out. The only good thing is that the hotel is renovated. ! Do not confuse it with the Neman Hotel on Stefan Batory - everything is great there.

The hotel is a beautiful new one. But the rooms are dog cold (-5 outside), all the guests line up in orderly rows at the reception in the evening to ask to change the room / add heat / give blankets. Carpet may save the rooms, because tiles are not an option at all with such low heating. The Wi-Fi is constantly falling off, or it gives you the wrong password, you can't work and you can't watch YouTube. There is no breakfast. Definitely not worth $100 per night.

In terms of price-quality ratio, this is probably the worst deal in the city. There wasn't much choice for the May holidays, so we had to stop here. But I definitely wouldn't repeat this experience again. Bunk beds and a catastrophically cold stone floor are not worth the money even close. I had to sleep under two blankets in May. Other reviews are not joking when they say that the hotel is very cold. It's far from the center (by Grodno standards). I didn't like everything.

I do not recommend this hotel, because: 1) there are no bathrobes, no slippers, no toothbrushes, no shower gel, in short, there was only soap and a roll of toilet paper, well, at least thanks for that! 2) The rooms are super small There are tiles in the rooms and it is very uncomfortable to walk barefoot without slippers.... It's not clear at all what they paid for, to be honest.... I don't recommend it.

I have to leave a negative review about my recent stay. Unfortunately, the impression of the beautiful new hotel was completely ruined by two things. 1. Temperature regime. It was impossible to take off outerwear in the room, as it was unbearably cold without it. The radiator was completely cold in January. It would be impossible to sleep in such a room. Comfort and basic warmth are the minimum you would expect from a hotel, especially during the cold season. This minimum was not provided here. 2. To solve our problem, we turned to the reception, instead of help and apologies, we were faced with outright rudeness and unwillingness to solve the problem. The employee showed complete indifference, saying something like "We can't help, all the other rooms are occupied, we can only offer a blanket." I consider this attitude towards the guests to be absolutely unacceptable. After all, we were given a new warm room after swearing and unpleasant dialogues in raised tones, and the rest of our vacation at the hotel was comfortable. But the overall impression of the hotel was completely ruined by its staff.

The hotel is generally not bad: new renovation, comfortable bed, but .. The refrigerator was working at night-I wanted to turn it off-it's impossible, the outlet is hidden somewhere. And this, by the way, is a violation of the rules of electrical installation. The glass wall in the shower doesn't help much-all the water ends up on the floor. Breakfast is OK, but not for this money.. They would have added some kind of candy or cheese to the coffee.. Up Thanks for the reply. There are no specialists in Grodno to install an application to watch the simplest Belarusian federal channels, the administrator told me so. They offer to watch YouTube. I, of course, installed the necessary application. But do I need to do this after driving at 5 a.m.? + The TV is the cheapest, Chinese, buggy, it turns itself off and freezes. Well saved, well done (in quotes). And yes, when you have more people, are you sure that your Wi—Fi will pull out a bunch of these TVs + phones and laptops? 2. Breakfast - 25 rubles. Expensive, unsaleable, but delicious. No need to be greedy, well, add the elements of the buffet! Porridge, salads, unlimited bread. 3. The light in the corridor turns on in a certain place — you walk part of the corridor in the dark. 7th floor. 4. The internal night latch does not work. With a card, for example, a maid can easily enter at an unnecessary moment. 5. Water pressure. Apparently, in order to save money, they weaken the water pressure. So why would you live on the 7th floor if you have an empty hotel? Settle for 2-3 and save on your health! It's just disrespectful to the guests to artificially reduce the water pressure so that it's impossible to wash off the soap. And in hotels, it is customary to offer compliments when a guest reveals mistakes. But it's not about you? There are no complaints about the girl performers. Everything is written above for the guide. I'm waiting for a reaction.
