For the May holidays, our tourist group from Russia was settled here. The ideal location is in relation to the city center, i.e. Sovetskaya pedestrian street. We walked around a lot! There is a lot of transport on different routes away from the hotel building, which is also convenient. She lived in a single room on the seventh floor. Hot and cold water with good pressure all day long, the room is clean, the bed linen is clean, there is a hairdryer, kettle, cooler on the floor. The elevators arrive quickly. I can't appreciate the breakfasts, because there's a tiny cafe on the ground floor, and our group of 40 people were fed in a city cafe. There is a grocery store 500 meters from the building, so if you wish, you can buy everything there for food and drink.

It's nice to see such small things as a bottle of water, tea bags and sugar (unfortunately, this is not everywhere in Belarus). The breakfast was pleased with the variety of choices and the availability of a lean (dietary) option!

The hotel is visible after renovation, everything is clean, newly renovated, lots of rooms. Convenient location, close to the main attractions, everything is practically within walking distance. But there are also disadvantages: - it will be cool in the off-season, the rooms have cold floors, and the heating is already or is not working yet. - the restaurant has left controversial feelings. The food seems to be delicious, but the room is very small for such a hotel, they run in groups according to the time for which the request was left. No buffet, only pre-order meals. Prices are also not encouraging, 25 rubles for a breakfast of cheesecakes with picketed juice is too much. Coffee is only for a fee, even if you take breakfast. Don't be lazy and go eat at the nearest places. As a conclusion, the hotel is good, with its pros and cons.

I booked it back in November on 31.12, the website said that almost the last room was for 100 euros, as a result, not a single car was parked in the parking lot for a day, not a single guest was met at the hotel. It felt like it was empty and there was only one staff. I asked for a higher floor, everything is fine here, they gave me 7.The room is nice, renovated. But immediately upon entering the bathroom, the handle fell off. The pressure is terribly weak, both in the shower and in the washbasin. The mirror is high, you need to stand on your toes to get ready, height 165. The room is cold, the heating is not working at all. It's good that you didn't stay for two nights, it's not worth your money at all.

The hotel is not ready for the cold season. EVERYONE is freezing (in front of us, other tourists asked for relocation because of the cold room. The batteries are barely warm, the floor is very cold. If you decide to stop, take warm pajamas and thick-soled slippers. You will not be able to warm up in the bathroom, there is no hot water pressure. The Internet is slow and therefore smart TVs in the rooms are only a torment. The administration is unable to cope with the poor work of the registration program, we were registered only when we moved out. The only good thing is that the hotel is renovated. ! Do not confuse it with the Neman Hotel on Stefan Batory - everything is great there.

In terms of price-quality ratio, this is probably the worst deal in the city. There wasn't much choice for the May holidays, so we had to stop here. But I definitely wouldn't repeat this experience again. Bunk beds and a catastrophically cold stone floor are not worth the money even close. I had to sleep under two blankets in May. Other reviews are not joking when they say that the hotel is very cold. It's far from the center (by Grodno standards). I didn't like everything.

The restaurant is practically closed, I managed to have breakfast only 2 times. I had to go to the city center, it was inconvenient at all.

The hotel is a beautiful new one. But the rooms are dog cold (-5 outside), all the guests line up in orderly rows at the reception in the evening to ask to change the room / add heat / give blankets. Carpet may save the rooms, because tiles are not an option at all with such low heating. The Wi-Fi is constantly falling off, or it gives you the wrong password, you can't work and you can't watch YouTube. There is no breakfast. Definitely not worth $100 per night.

We rented a room for three nights during a period when the temperature was close to 40 degrees, and to say that we did not understand such a water policy is an understatement. However, as they condescendingly explained to us at the reception during the eviction: "water is provided only upon check-in, and there are water coolers on every floor and even on the ground floor." Specifically, on our floor, the cooler had been charged for 10 days at the time of departure, and it is better not to know what is done with water in an open plastic container at high air temperature. bathroom. There are soap dishes with liquid soap or, at best, an all-in-one detergent near the washbasin and in the shower stall. A separate shampoo could, perhaps, light up another star in this review, so that they wouldn't be so bored. A washbasin is not a washbasin, but rather a hand basin, because hands can still be placed in it for washing, but washing your face is not a trivial task, because you need to place your head between a shelf on the wall and a disproportionately large mixer compared to a hand basin. Well saved, well done (in quotes). And yes, when you have more people, are you sure that your Wi—Fi will pull out a bunch of these TVs + phones and laptops? 2. Breakfast - 25 rubles. Expensive, unsaleable, but delicious. No need to be greedy, well, add the elements of the buffet! Porridge, salads, unlimited bread. 3. The light in the corridor turns on in a certain place — you walk part of the corridor in the dark. 7th floor. 4. The internal night latch does not work. With a card, for example, a maid can easily enter at an unnecessary moment. 5. Water pressure. Apparently, in order to save money, they weaken the water pressure. So why would you live on the 7th floor if you have an empty hotel? Settle for 2-3 and save on your health! It's just disrespectful to the guests to artificially reduce the water pressure so that it's impossible to wash off the soap. And in hotels, it is customary to offer compliments when a guest reveals mistakes. But it's not about you? There are no complaints about the girl performers. I have to leave a negative review about my recent stay. Unfortunately, the impression of the beautiful new hotel was completely ruined by two things. 1. Temperature regime. It was impossible to take off outerwear in the room, as it was unbearably cold without it. The radiator was completely cold in January. It would be impossible to sleep in such a room. Comfort and basic warmth are the minimum you would expect from a hotel, especially during the cold season. This minimum was not provided here. 2. To solve our problem, we turned to the reception, instead of help and apologies, we were faced with outright rudeness and unwillingness to solve the problem. The employee showed complete indifference, saying something like "We can't help, all the other rooms are occupied, we can only offer a blanket." I consider this attitude towards the guests to be absolutely unacceptable. After all, we were given a new warm room after swearing and unpleasant dialogues in raised tones, and the rest of our vacation at the hotel was comfortable. But the overall impression of the hotel was completely ruined by its staff.

Minuses: 1) Dear hotel, well, the fact that you have micro rooms with disgusting soundproofing cannot be fixed (you stand in the hallway and hear everything that is discussed in the rooms). But paid slippers (you have them for 5p) and bottled water only on the day of arrival?? It's a penny expense! There is nowhere to take off your shoes in the room, all the sand stretches on your bare feet onto your carpets and into the bathroom. There is a cooler of 1 piece for the entire floor - in 3 days I once saw water in it - either the guests immediately pour it into their bottles, or they also fill it on the day of arrival. 2) food : well, your breakfast is not worth 25 rubles. It should cost at least 2 times less. 3) there is practically no closet in the room: 3 hangers in the deluxe double room. As a result, all the things were in suitcases, bags underfoot. 4) the Internet is very weak - we've already written about it. 5) one out of 2 times - we forgot to remove the number. Okay, we saw an employee in the hallway and she changed our towels. The price tag should definitely match the offer. There are a lot of hotels with more comfortable accommodation in Minsk for that kind of money.
