Today, 02-03-2026, I had the displeasure to visit this store. The first "queen of the box office" started raising her voice at me because I dared not immediately get my bearings and did not know where the box office number 4 was located. Please, those who hire these "queens", train them, or else not everyone is as kind as me. And if they are completely stupid, at least scare them that they can be met at the exit after work and taught to treat customers politely.
