Probably the best restaurant in Khulo. Friendly staff. They don't speak Russian, and they don't understand English well, but that's not a problem. We understood each other without a Google translator. The portions are large and delicious. The restaurant is open until 22:00. The entrance is inconspicuous. To get inside, you need to find the gray ABX sign on the building, go inside and take the stairs to the top floor.
