I saw him on Partizanskaya a couple of times, so now I've stopped going there, I don't want to waste extra time, go down and look at the coffee waiting for me today, or it's bitter and overheated. Apparently, the Academy of Sciences will have to look for a new coffee shop. I've been drinking coffee at various points in Lavazza for over a year, and absolutely all the staff are smiling, friendly, and make delicious coffee. But as they say, "the black sheep spoils the whole flock" Once you've taken responsibility for hiring such a person, teach him how to communicate with visitors and make normal coffee (my Arabica cappuccino is super bitter and has 30-40 percent foam)
